つい先日、地元のキッズサッカーチームが20周年という事で顔を出してきた！

20年続いてるってだけでも凄いと思うけど、 その20年間、ほぼ毎年、県で優勝争いをするチーム作りをしてるんだから、 同じ指導者として、ホントに尊敬だよね・・・
（英語） It`s been twenty years since this team was established.This team has been strong in the prefectual tournament for twenty years.So,I respect the coach of this team...

柏レイソルからヴェルディ−へ移り、今はキャプテンをしている
その他にもこのチームから何人ものJリーガーが・・・

しかし、俺が知ってる情報がはるかに甘い事をこの日思い知らされた！！

武勇伝【その1】

オレらがいた頃も自費でバスを一台買っていたが・・・
（英語）Though the coach bought a team bus by his money when we were the member of this team...

今では・・・
（英語） Now...

6台持っている(自費)
（英語） He bought six buses by his money.

なお、家の横にバス6台分の土地も購入(自費)
（英語） He bought a plot of land next to his house by his money to stop those buses.

武勇伝【その2】

あまりに結果を残したため、弱小の高校から呼ばれ・・・
（英語） A weak highschool soccer team head-hunted him,becasue he got excellent results.

三年間で前橋商業、前橋育英の二強を抑え県で優勝！！
（英語）He coached the weak team for three years,and they defeated two strong teams,Maebashisyogyou and Maebashiikue,and won the championship in the prefectual tournament.

武勇伝【その3】

県では高校の先生達が幅を利かせていたので、
（英語） Because the highscool teachers have a large right in the prefecture.

日本サッカー協会(◯島氏)らに推薦してもらい、
（英語） So,he got recommendation from Mr.*shima who was the member of Japan Football Association.

A級ライセンス取得！！
（英語） He got A class license!!

武勇伝【その4】

生徒にお金をかけさせないため、合宿所の飯も自分で作り、
（英語） He doesn`t want to make his students spend much money.So he cooks a meal of dormitory by himself.

生徒に筋トレをさせるため、
（英語） He wants to make students build up theirs body.

自ら100キロのベンチプレスをあげている！！！
（英語） So he is training with bench press of 100 kilograms!!!

ちなみに今の体はビルダ−ばりに半端ない！！
（英語）His body is very wonderful now,like a bodybuilder!!

オレらの時は遠征といえば茨城か千葉だったが、
（英語） When we were the member of this team,went to Ibaraki or Chiba as expedition.

今のチームは国内では青森、北海道まで活動範囲を伸ばし・・・
（英語） Now,they go to Aomori and Hokkaido as expeition,and

さらにイタリア・ローマへも！
（英語） they go to Italy.Roma as expeition!

さらにさらにJALをスポンサーにつけ、航空代は無料！！
（英語） They got a sponsor,JAL.The airplane fee is free!!

そしてセリエAのローマとも太いパイプがあるため、
（英語） They have good connection with SERIE A.ROMA.

泊まりやバスは全てローマがスポンサーに！！！
（英語） So,they can get support of ROMA,and staying and bus fee is free.

こんな指導者、今まで出会った事がないし、これからもきっと出会わないだろう・・・

でも、 この人に小学生の時に出会えた奇跡はホントに宝だな・・・(みつを)
